Privacy & analytics choices

Return to the market terminal

Your browser workspace

Your watchlists and chart preferences are saved in this browser. The notes editor has been removed; previously saved notes remain in local storage and workspace backups. TickerLantern does not send these stored records to a cloud account. Backups may contain those legacy notes, so keep them private. Clearing browser storage removes your saved workspace and analytics choice.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, TickerLantern loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and general desk usage. Google receives ordinary connection and device information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. The site sends a fixed page address and generic desk names; it does not send your typed commands, selected securities, watchlists, note text, imported files, or full query strings and URL fragments. Automatic form, site-search and outbound-link collection is disabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled.

Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Declining leaves the terminal available. You can change your choice with the Privacy button on any page. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected information is not deleted by changing this browser preference. If browser storage is unavailable, the preference lasts only for the current page.

See Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics opt-out information.

Embedded market content

TradingView supplies embedded charts, news and other market widgets. These requests disclose the requested instrument and ordinary network information to TradingView independently of the optional Google Analytics setting. Provider content, storage and cookies follow TradingView's privacy policy.

Hosting and search

Cloudflare hosts this public site and processes connection information to serve it. Google Search Console is used to manage search visibility and sitemap submissions. Search Console does not require a visitor tracking script. The public website can be indexed by search engines; browser notes and watchlists are not included in the sitemap or page source.
